St Giles-in-the-Fields Church

I bumped into a church today. It was so peaceful inside and I saw a sign on the table."TO HELP YOU PRAY- people often find it hard to pray. Sometimes words come easily, sometimes they do not. God knows our needs, but it can be helpful to have words to guild us."

so, i sit down and start to pray for everyone I love, sincerely.
I feel peaceful in my mind when I pray and I like this moment alone in the church. : )
